Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program 2025-2026: Apply Online and Check Eligibility

Bharti Airtel Foundation launched the Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program in 2024 to support deserving students, especially girl students, from various backgrounds who want to become future technology leaders.

This scholarship is for students enrolled in technology-based engineering undergraduate and 5-year integrated courses at the top 50 NIRF-ranked engineering universities.

This fully funded scholarship covers 100% of the annual fees, including hostel and mess charges. Additionally, all selected students (called Bharti Scholars) get a laptop in their first year to help with studies.

In 2024-25, out of 276 scholars awarded, 22% were girls.

Eligibility Criteria for Bharti Airtel Scholarship 2025-26

  • Must have confirmed admission or enrollment in the first year of undergraduate or 5-year integrated courses in fields like Electronics & Communication, Telecom, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Aerospace, and Emerging Technologies (AI, IoT, AR/VR, Robotics) in top 50 NIRF-ranked engineering institutes (2024 list).
  • Must be an Indian citizen and resident.
  • Parents’ or guardians’ annual income should not exceed INR 8.5 lakhs.
  • Preference given to girls, persons with disabilities, single/no parent, and transgender students.
  • Applicants must not be receiving any other scholarship for the same purpose.

Benefits of the Scholarship

  • Covers 100% of annual tuition fees as per the institute’s fee structure.
  • Hostel and mess fees are covered for eligible students who apply.
  • For those living in PG or rented accommodation, funds will be given as per university hostel/mess fees or actual rent, whichever is less.
  • Laptop provided in the first year (students are responsible for its safety).
  • After graduation and getting a job, Bharti Scholars commit to supporting at least one student financially to help them continue their education.

Note: Students must pay for extra charges like counselling fees, library fees, refundable deposits, internet, laundry, or any other institute fees not covered by the scholarship.

If any false information is found, the scholarship can be cancelled, and all benefits must be returned.

Documents Required

  • Aadhaar card (proof of identity)
  • Admission proof for the current year
  • Class 12 marksheet
  • JEE or university entrance exam scorecard (if applicable)
  • Parents’/guardians’ income proof (IT returns, bank statements, or govt income certificate)
  • Bank details of applicant and guardian
  • Bank details of institution
  • Recent passport photo
  • Documents of extracurricular activities or achievements
  • Rent agreement or receipts (if staying in PG/rented place)
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)

  3. Login and open the Bharti Airtel Scholarship application form.
  4. Fill in all required details carefully.
  5. Upload all necessary documents.
  6. Accept terms and conditions.
  7. Preview your application and submit it.
