Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2025-26: Get ₹1.5 Lakh Support
Kotak Mahindra Group and Kotak Education Foundation have launched the Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2025-26 to support meritorious girl students from low-income families.
This scholarship will provide financial assistance of up to ₹1.5 lakh per year to cover academic expenses for girls pursuing professional graduation courses.
If you’re a Class 12 passed female student and planning to pursue courses like Engineering, MBBS, Law, Design, or Architecture in reputed institutions, then this scholarship is for you. Apply online before the last date.
About Kotak Kanya Scholarship
The Kotak Kanya Scholarship is a part of Kotak Mahindra Group’s CSR initiative. It aims to help academically bright girls continue their higher education without financial burden. Selected students will get support for their entire graduation period.

Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, make sure you meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a female student from India
- Must have passed Class 12 with at least 75% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Must have secured admission in first-year graduation courses in academic year 2025-26
- Courses must be professional degrees from NIRF/NAAC accredited institutions (Engineering, MBBS, Integrated Law, BS-MS, BS-Research, Design, Architecture, etc.)
- Annual family income must be below ₹6,00,000
- Children of Kotak Group, KEF, and Buddy4Study employees are not eligible
Benefits of the Scholarship
Selected girl students will receive:
- Financial support of ₹1.5 lakh per year
- Scholarship can be used to cover:
- Tuition fees
- Hostel fees
- Books & stationery
- Internet & transport
- Laptop and other academic expenses
- Support will be available till completion of the course
Note: The final scholarship amount and selection are subject to eligibility verification and approval by Kotak Education Foundation.

- Class 12 marksheet
- Family income proof (salary slip/income certificate)
- Parent’s ITR for FY 2024-25 (if available)
- Admission proof (bonafide certificate/college letter/seat allotment)
- College fee structure (2025-26)
- College entrance exam scorecard (if applicable)
- Aadhaar card
- Bank passbook copy
- One passport-size photograph
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Death certificate of parent (if single parent/orphan)
- Photographs of house (as address proof/supporting doc)
