What Is This Program About?

Margdarshan means “guidance.” True to its name, this program provides students with structured mentorship and direction. It is offered by India Technology Centre (ITC), a division of CNH Industrial, a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment.

Through this program, selected students will:

  • Be mentored individually by working professionals from CNH Industrial.
  • Attend live webinars conducted by experts in engineering, design, innovation, and more.
  • Gain soft skills, technical knowledge, and career planning strategies.

Who can apply?

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be enrolled in any year of a B.Tech degree.
  • Study at a government or government-aided college/university located in:
    • Delhi
    • Noida
    • Greater Noida
    • Ghaziabad
    • Gurgaon
    • Faridabad
  • Have scored at least 60% marks in the last academic year.
  • Have a family income of ₹6 lakh or less per year.
