Muskaan Scholarship Program 2.0 (2025–2026) – for Class 9–12 Students
Muskaan Scholarship Program 2.0 (2025–26) is an initiative by Valvoline Cummins Private Ltd. (VCPL) to help students in Classes 9 to 12 from specific regions of India continue their education. This scholarship is specially meant for children of commercial drivers (LMV/HMV), mechanics, and students from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
Selected students will get up to ₹12,000 for academic expenses like fees, books, stationery, and uniforms. They will also receive mentorship on topics such as road safety and personal growth.

About VCPL
Valvoline Cummins Private Ltd. is a joint venture between Valvoline International Inc. and Cummins India Ltd. It is one of India’s fastest-growing lubricant companies. VCPL also supports education and road safety through this scholarship program.

Who Can Apply?
Students must meet all these conditions:
- Studying in Class 9, 10, 11, or 12
- Must be from one of the following states:
Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Odisha, Bihar, Puducherry, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal - Must belong to one of these backgrounds:
- Children of commercial drivers (LMV/HMV)
- Children of mechanics
- EWS category (family income up to ₹8 lakh per year)
- Must have scored 60% or above in the previous class
- Students whose parents work for VCPL or its partners cannot apply.

Documents Required
- Aadhaar Card (Student)
- Admission proof (fee receipt, letter, or ID)
- Previous class marksheet (signed and stamped)
- Photograph (passport size)
- Bank account details (student’s name)
- Proof of parent’s profession (any one):
- Driving License (for drivers)
- Shramik Card
- Employer confirmation/self-declaration (attested)
- Family income proof (EWS applicants):
- Certificate from Tehsildar/DM/SDM/Sarpanch
- Last 3 salary slips or Income Tax Return (ITR)
Note: If the student hasn’t paid school fees yet, they can submit a fee letter. But they must upload receipts later.
